Brough Head

Showers first thing, but cleared up, fine sunrise and sunny spells.  More showers this evening, and fairly calm.

Another early start in the airport, and a quiet morning on the check-in desk.  I was meeting and boarding planes too, and a busy afternoon on the check-in desk, with four flights at 1600hrs.  A mad dash after work, and an early start in the shop.  A fairly quiet night, plenty to keep me busy though.

A fine brisk walk at lunchtime, and the sun came out too.  Even with the sun, it was still chilly in the wind.  Good to get shelter behind these old houses.  There is the remains of a broch here, which would have been robbed to build these buildings.  Taken at Brough Head, Eastshore, Virkie.
