A chance to acquire...etc.

M had his Covid booster jab at a hospital in Dereham this morning so I went along for the ride and waited in the car.  This striking looking water tower was next to the car park.  When I did an internet search I found out that the Victorian red brick building next to it contained the original water tower.  It's a Grade II listed building constructed in the 1880's but went out of use about 50 years ago.  It is currently up for sale at around £400,000 and this is what the estate agent has to say:
'This historic example of elegant Victorian Industrial architecture has been part-renovated with planning permission in place for a residential conversion. Offering fantastic potential, this Grade II Listed former water tower is the perfect project for someone wanting to create something special.'

I wonder if potential buyers would consider the (very close) modern concrete water tower an eyesore or an attractive neighbour?
