Walking and scrunching

I love an autumnal walk and scrunching through leaves is my favourite autumn activity! Early walk along the river and 10000 steps completed. Home for shower then food shopping, and some cooking. Aubergine stew (much nicer than it sounds) and apple and mixed fruit compote for the freezer using the last of the apples. A visit from the engineer to service the central heating boiler and that was Friday.
