Plate of Pork

I had a night out with the gang from work tonight; very nice it was too.

We’ve been saying we’d have a get together for a while now, mainly to catch up with one of our previous hygienists who retired at the start of the pandemic. I decided to crack on and organise it (as nobody else seemed to be doing anything) and the hardest part as always was finding a night we were all free!

The boss picked up the tab (bonus!!) and we had a great night eating good food and chatting away.

This was my main; as per the title, a plate of pork. Tenderloin, sausage & belly with mash and broccoli and a really lovely jus. I feel like a little piggy now for eating it all ;-)
