Golden Eagle

Especially for MsGable who went hunting for the Great Golden Eagle yesterday and came back without having caught sight of one but bearing instead a super snowy landscape blip, here is your Golden Eagle.

There are lots of birds of prey to be seen at Rathwood in County Carlow where they live harmoniously together and are flown to a lure at certain times of the year. It's also a garden centre, a home furnishings store, a restaurant and the site of quite a nice woodland walk. 45kms from here (30 miles) but well worth visiting a few times per year.
