Notes: A day like no other. If I thought Sundays stiffness and back pain was bad, today pain and spasming was completely debilitating. Could hardly move, stand, sit, lay, shift, walk, go to bathroom, etc. Random spasms and any movement could bring one too - was horrific. At times, wasn't able to move or get up. Somehow got a modified shower in and was able to make some things to eat. Mostly rested on the couch for as long as I could each time until I had to go to the bathroom. Beautiful sunset out the window early evening.
