Notes: Woke up gingerly and back seemed a bit better from the start. Really had to be careful with movements and sitting tho as it still tightened and spasmed a little. Mostly laid around, did talk to Mom and Al. Mom and unhelpful and 3D fear-world as ever and really over it. Got a shower and then was able to walk down to desk with a few questions and to schedule a cleaning. Resting afternoon and evening - was nice not being in constant searing pain.
