Easter Bonnet Parade!

wake up and it's only Saturday! hurrah. early doors trip to the bakers to get my loaf for tomorrow, and then off to pick mum, li and rene up for our usual Easter trip to Chesterfield. a nice wander round there, coffee shop break, bit of shopping and then back home.

time then to make the final additions to my Easter bonnet. the theme for mine was an egg character for each of the Bidlams. had a little accident with the Ash egg, but plenty of time to utilise a spare egg!

time too for a walk with Pete. a new footpath discovered, and a couple of fields for little fella to stretch his legs.

Off to Li and Matts for the evening. plenty of vino and nibbles, and laughter with our fab family. we are now planning a bingo evening!! can't wait!

i won the Easter Bonnet parade, but have to say we were all winners and all made a fab effort!

Lovely too to see Greg before his Kenyan trip on Tuesday, have lent him one of my cameras to take plenty of shots!

minibus home, and driver nearly hits the central reservation! had to poke him to warn him! oh dear.

home, Pete excited to see me and then off to bed. fab night again!
