Went for a stroll through town followed by a quick sprint out to Truro in an attempt to placate a truculent teenager!!

Home, changed and Clare and I set off for the third week of 0To3 Running, 2.8 miles tonight as we ran from the Dracena Centre to the pelican crossing at the far end of Commercial Road, Penryn.

Back to work attending tomorrow, this is going to be a long nine weeks.
