Inclement Weather

A bit of a faux pas of a day today! Perhaps apt for Silly Saturday!
Planned our weekend to visit the Lightwaves Festival at Salford Quays, and added in a trip up Shuttlingsloe a favourite old haunt of my dad. Cold, windy and wet - but glad to do it - it’s been a while.
The festival which includes a huge illuminated globe Gaia was rather disappointing as it had been cancelled tonight due to the weather conditions- Gaia- seen in the thumbnail was looking rather deflated. Back to my friends now for a take out curry (actually without curry 45 minutes wait - Will be having an interval!) and catch up with Strictly.
