Ouch!

I literally fell flat on my face today on the pavement. Tripped over a bollard whilst on the phone to someone, phone went flying before I retrieved it and managed a feeble 'I'll call you back'. Hurty foot and ankle now, should have spent longer with the medicinal frozen peas but I'm not a very good patient!

The stranger who crossed the street to help me up and ask if I was OK 
High spirits at work
