Inside the Pizza trailer

Dervaig community orchard organised a Christmas event in the orchard, a slightly damp afternoon with live music, wreath making, decorating ginger bread, mince pies, clooty dumpling, chocolate log, roasted chestnuts, and more.

The pizza trailer arrived making a good variety of pizzas, two of us wandered around with freshly made pizzas, each cut into six slices, people happily diving in. We think the favourite pizza was the ‘meat feast’ , I didn’t try it but the smell was very good.

I hope the team organising the afternoon are pleased with the turn out and donations, they all worked very hard to make it a great success.
