Lifted

At least that’s what would have happened once. Now it is bit of industrial archeolog near Bankside incorporated into gentrified surroundings. But rather beautiful for all that.

Walked from Waterloo to tower bridge then up to Spitalfields market for lunch. Then back to London Bridge by which time we were a bit footsore so headed home. 

We found some lovely little backstreets today and got some nice bits in vinegar yard as well as Spitalfields. Incredibly warm - 13 degrees with just twelve days to go to Christmas.
