Plenty of veg

I realised this morning that I was out of leeks for the fish pie for dinner, so we headed over to Doddington Hall Farm shop to buy some. Leeks were not the only purchases, I got the rest of the veg for next weekend and some rather tasty extras.

After the beautiful weather yesterday we had a real Lincolnshire fog today with a 2degree temp. 

We received a last minute message from R to say that she was being interviewed live on Voice America by Chris Cooper on the Business Elevation show at 4pm. This was all new to us and we will find out more detail when we see her next. 

We listened to the interview entitled ‘reinventing yourself’ on line and it was fascinating. We knew all the facts, but it’s when it’s put into the context of the interview it takes on new meaning. We were mentioned and felt very proud.
