Near the local store

An excellent day. Shopping with S this morning for supplies, especially for tonight's dinner with her brother (back from Greymouth) and his partner. Read many pages on Kindle of the next Brunetti book. Followed by tidying away some of the fallen leaves and detritus from the surrounding bush. And then a short jog in local streets.

Almost back when I heard frantic calls from chicks, and their parent playacting at being nonchalant. That allowed me to get my blip for the day.
