Damp

Headed out with the hound this morning on a grey day trees were dripping on us. Not too cold thankfully. 
News this afternoon is that London covid emergency declared, locally the hospital says 80% covid cases in hospital are unvaccinated. 
Apparently local council are going to be calling door to door to talk about vaccination.  Seems a dangerous, unnecessary action and money would be better spent in opening a walk in vaccination centre for those trying to get vaccinated and being offered locations far away or queueing for hours.  The same council that shut the open air market this time last year.  Do they make decisions by picking random statements from a hat like a game of consequences?
