Unique and special.

Emmeline had an appointment at the opticians today. She will need to wear this eye patch for 3 hours a day for the next 60 days. 

Bless her, she is thrilled at the assortment of eye patches she has, and each day she can add the patch she has worn to build up a beautiful poster of a butterfly, at the next appointment she will get a special prize.

In her words, she likes to be "unique and special" with her eye patch. I said "that's a big word for a 5 year old, where did you learn that?" "At school". Came the reply!

She managed 2 hours today, I do hope the novelty doesn't wear off because it is going to be hard for her.
