Final lot!

Wasn’t going to make anymore mince pies, but all the others have gone! I think I’ve made 6 dozen, or is it 8? I had to make these as one of our neighbours is 98 and on his own, he was due to go to his Daughter who has a farm in Wales, but with all the restrictions he’s staying in his home for now. So, between our neighbours we are all donating various bits for his Christmas. My offering is homemade mince pies and homemade Christmas cake. Ironic as I am not a baker!

Difficult to find interesting things to blip with being in tier 4 lockdown and the weather being so miserable and wet.

It’s nearly Christmas, so I think I will have a glass of wine tonight.
