Catch a falling star...

The Feast Day of St John the Evangelist.
Our lovely daughter Maria came home this afternoon for her delayed Christmas visit. Paul kindly drove to Leeds to pick her up so she didn't have a long train journey wearing a mask.
We had a nice lunch and exchanged presents.
The weather was not walking weather, quite cold still, so we stayed in watching some enjoyable TV, including the King Arthur film and then The Marriage of The Vicar of Dibley. Christmas pudding was on the menu and I enjoyed my Wicked brand Vegan pudding.
Arthur sat with us and got lots of loving attention. We never got round to playing Scrabble but perhaps tomorrow.
