Guilt Trip

We really didn't need to see the snow that was on the ground this morning!  We had a busy day planned to see friends M&S and meet Baby D, then take a trip across Leed to visit Aunty Mary and Pete's side of the family.  Eventually after gritting the road and waiting for the snow to melt, we did get to see everyone, but didn't spend as much time as we liked with anyone.  Lovely to meet baby D for the first time though and we were asked to be Godparents, even if we won't be very good at the 'god' bit!  Luckily there was no snow on the way back up to Lanarkshire.

Strid made me feel super guilty by sneaking upstairs and sleeping on my new pyjamas...I had to move her off and then felt bad that she can't live with us at the moment.  Always a tough one heading back north and leaving family and friends behind.
