Ben Vorlich

The weather isn't looking great this week, so after much googling places within a couple of hours drive I figured out that today on the east side of the Trossachs was probably going to be the best opportunity for a walk.  I set off for Lochearnhead and had a nice little ramble around Glen Ogle, firstly on the Rob Roy Way and then down the valley.  The valley was very boggy but very pretty and felt a bit like going back in time.  Halfway down, Ben Vorlich appeared on the horizon loking all snowy and magnificent.  

Unfortunatley they had run out of sandwiches by the time I made it back to Callander and popped in at Mhor Bread...next time I'll get one on the way out instead.

Hoping for an early night after last night with the neighbours celebrating the holidays through the mediun of karaoke...
