Rammed Solid

So today was Christmas Lunch pick up, midday from M&S in Truro. I needed to collect yet another Referee’s Pack from Sports Direct for Joshua who has agreed to referee the Colts on Boxing Day. Even confirming that was made harder than it needed to be;

“So that’s the Sunday, the Day after Christmas Day”
“Yes the Boxing Day that’s on Sunday, not the Boxing Day that’s on Tuesday”


Walking through Truro allowed me to indulge in a curry wurst, not to everyone’s taste but I learnt to like them on many an evening out in Hamburg.
M&S was rammed with people, my slot to collect was pre-booked and trouble free but car parking and access to the pick up point were a nightmare. Coping with the press of people whilst S till not feeling 100% made it worse but once done I knew nothing else needed doing.
Home and the start of Fridge Tetris as we try and put it all away.
