Snow on rocks and rails

About 10cm of snow late yesterday and overnight, more than was in the forecast! 
I did a bit of cooking to prepare tonight's supper then headed outside to shovel snow and take some photos. G's used the snowblower to clear the driveway and some paths, and I shovelled other paths and the patio pad in the front. Teamwork - although I did much less than he did.
Extras: some lovely light and a slice of the moon this morning; winter in the garden; a neighbour's car parked up the road.
Still colder than usual but it's supposed to warm up in a couple of days.
