Monday: Another Bank Holiday

After last night’s rain, we woke to a dry and windy morning.
MrD went off to the mountains on his motorbike - lots of traffic, heading for home!
I took a few walks down to the greenhouse, accompanied by the Robin then filled  the bird feeders, the pheasant had been here earlier but he’s understandably very jittery - The Shoot still underway … why would anyone take pleasure from killing any creature?
Around 3:30pm the sun was setting, the clouds cleared and we briefly saw blue sky, it didn’t last long, overcast and still now and very chilly.
