A sky full of Fieldfares

We went for a short walk late afternoon in cold conditions (a dusting of snow on the tops).  As we got out of the car a large mixed flock of birds moved fields across  Monks road.

The estimate would be more than 200 birds the largest proportion were Fieldfare (150+),  Starling (50+), and a smaller number of Redwing (20+).
