Notes: Sitting and driving Sat for the seminar (if you can call it that - 4 hrs of sitting chatting with 4 people) and drive to and from Largo had my lower back on alert. I got the bike ready but Sun morning hadn't slept well (noise) and could feel back first thing so put the bike back on the rack. Had several small spasms thru the morning and was chilly and windy so didn't feel like I missed a good ride. Inside all day watching intel and looking up rentals. Did read some and tried to nap - another loud weekend day on the beach. People below left, cleaners in and new people arrived not long after. Did take out the garbage around 9p - was mostly quiet by then (altho new group of kids down the hall loud and running up and down the stairs until after 2a). Messages are coming that it's time to leave this place (louder and more clear all the time).
