Had a much needed catch up with a lovely friend, Kristie, this morning before walking the dogs. Nice to do something sociable. I left about an hour later than I had planned as we were so busy talking so after my walk there wasn't much point in driving home so went straight to the yard to put the Neds to bed. Jack likes coming in early now. The dog walk was lovely - everywhere lower down very foggy all day but just high enough at the Beacon to be in bright sunshine with blue skies. 

Nell disappeared for about 40 mins on her walk tonight bad girl. She went off after a muntjac. She's exhausted now. Mike brought the other two back and went back out to wait for her as they were getting cold, especially our old man Charley.
