Old age is catching me up

Its only been in the last couple of years I have had to take regular medications. Up to now they have been easy, once a day so all sorted out after my morning shower.
Now they have given me pills that have to be taken twice a day and, almost without fail, I forgot the second one. So now I have this box, with morning and afternoon sections. Every time I see it I get a reminder, and it works. Having said that I have not taken Sunday PM one yet, so got to go now
