Landing Light
J was working in Gib today, so we set off early and I walked from the border to Main Street.
To do so means crossing the runway of Gibraltar airport. I remember doing it when I was six and it is still a strange experience now.
This was taken from the very middle of the main runway looking east. No planes due to land at that moment, fortunately.
While J was working in the Port, I did some shopping for my birthday in Main Street, had some lovely coffee in Sacerello's and watched the Ceremony Of The Keys, which takes place every Saturday in Casement Square.
Lunch in Bianca's in Marina Bay before heading home, and a quiet evening in.
Perfect!
