A Plump Day

A bright frosty morning to greet us today which cheered us no end. I was determined to get out for a walk in it before starting work. I’ve not done that for a few days and could feel I was less well for it. So, I walked in the sunshine, listened to the birds, stopped to appreciate these plump sparkling fruit of the Ivy, and entered the working day enlivened.

All in all it’s been a good day, filled with work involving interesting discussion and ideas, contact with family, a catch-up with my aromatherapy teacher, and rhubarb sponges and custard made by Andy for dessert this evening.
