Rabble

Working at home day, with a board meeting all morning then a welcome chance to catch up through the afternoon which was good, rounding off with a couple of calls about tricky HR issues. Typically, on a day when I could have gone out for a lunchtime walk, it was dull and increasingly windy…think we’re in for a storm just in time for the weekend!
In the evening went out for some Mexican food with the Cs…all 7 of them (E hidden in this photo unfortunately behind her dad) plus M’s brother over from NYC for their aunt’s funeral yesterday. We had a raucous and chatty evening…really nice to see them and be out rather than slumped on the sofa. I feel the need to do some weekend planning for the next couple of months….tired of not going anywhere
