Windswept Geordie

Extra - Don’t laugh at my ears!
We had a walk around town today, hoping to see some big waves or splashes, as Storm Malik makes it’s way past, but it was a bit disappointing.
Ended up sitting on a seat at what is probably the most sheltered spot on the shore, and had a good blether with a couple of local people. There was little or no wind and glorious sunshine, and real heat from the sun. Bliss.
But then we walked back up to the house, which sits much higher, and we almost got blown away.
According to some of the tabloids Pittenweem is “set to become one of 2022s top locations to visit”. It’s been crowned the “number one trending under-the-radar location in Scotland” . Whatever that means. The village was unexpectedly busy last year, this year I think Geordie and I will be walking a lot elsewhere.
