Just Desserts

Mr A’s sister, Laura, is partial to Angel Delight, so when we spotted this in Tesco earlier, we had to buy it.

The plan was to wrap it up for her birthday (as a jokey gift) but temptation got the better of us, so we made and ate it!

Neither of us have had it in years; it took me back to my Grandma’s kitchen with the hand whisk. My arms used to feel like they were going to drop off turning that little handle so vigorously. I did always get to lick the whisk at the end though.
Totally worth it.

We enjoyed it, but now I have to make another trip to Tesco to buy another one! ;-)
