Brrrr

Oh my, it was a chilly start to the day. It was windy down at the Quays and the water was six degrees. I’m a bit of a drama Queen getting in but I always do. I think most of us only did one lap as our fingers were sooooo cold. It wasn’t until Cath accidentally kicked me that I was certain my toes hadn’t dropped off lol.

I love the cold water rush, the energising feeling and of course the social side, but I am always chilled through for the rest of the day. Pat and I went to Ellen’s this afternoon and they were talking about heated throws. Heated throws!!! I didn’t know there was such a thing. Well, I do now as I’ve just bought one and I’m lovely and toasty. I think this is a life changer ha ha ha.
