Walk

I was awake early so after a cup of tea and biscuit went off for a walk.  Chatted to No.1 as she was on her way to work and then listened to a coupe of podcasts.  Home for shower then food shopping, then volunteering shift.  Three hours talking to people who have had more than their fair share of sh*t, sad and humbling in equal measure.  

Home to put away the shopping which I had left in the back of the car.   Nothing much else today, apart from losing at scrabble again!  Thick builder (his words)) leading by five games - I need to win next time!
