Morning Walkies with Olly

A lovely calm day, with a breeze in the afternoon.  Calm again tonight.  More snow overnight, and it's been snowing again this evening.

Up early, and popped by Laura's before work.  I've been working in the airport on late shift again.  We've had a really busy day, I was working with oil and gas flights most of the day, playing catchup after the storms.  A busy evening on the check-in desk.  Brian and Madeline popped by after work, and then headed out walkies with Sammy.  Feet up by the fire now, telly on. There's been a good display of Northern Lights tonight, I missed the best of it, but snapped a quick mobile phone photo on the Clifts of Cunningsburgh on my way home.

Poor Olly hasn't had much training as far as walkies go, his continuous tugging has caused Laura to hurt her hip.  She called me in to take him out this morning.  After the excitement of seeing snow, we finally got on our way, and headed up the road.  His tugging on the lead continued, but we are making progress, and he's slowly learning.  He's been living with Laura and family for about 7 weeks now, and seems to be loving his new family life.  18 months old, he's hard to snap a photo of, but here he is charging full steam ahead.  Taken up the Blett Road, Cunningsburgh.
