Guilty pleasures

I just missed a train home this evening and a little tin of M&S G&T called to me.  I have also developed a guilty taste for The Witcher on Netflix and have nearly watched all of series 2.  It is an utterly preposterous, Game of Thrones-lite type series based on a suite of, I think, Polish fantasy novels.  I love that it’s very sweary and modern, full of fight-y women and doesn’t take itself too seriously.  Also various friends pop up in it, heavily wigged, chewing their way through mouthfuls of dialogue or sporting pointy ears and vast costumes.  It’s just rather good fun.   

Very busy day in the office and it almost felt like normal with people popping in saying, ‘can I just have a quick word’?
