The Sun Room

The previous owners called this The Snug and kept it architecturally empty, V calls it The Sun Room but I think that sounds like an Old People’s Home. I am trying for The Glass Room.  I’d love to put a few plants inside but it has underfloor heating so they wouldn’t thrive.  The ‘fairy’ magnolia is on the outside and it either got very frost damaged or, I suspect, underwatered and the leaves are terribly brown.  Still , it has a lot of flower buds so let’s see. 

I managed a bit of gardening before the rain hit at around 11 and it lashed all day.  I made banana bread and soup and took some over to M.  Who was out!  Let myself in and waited for her return. My blip of the day was nearly one of the five lightbulbs that are out in her house.  Luckily V is over there tomorrow planning her garden handrail and he is the lightbulb king.
