Getting better

He is still off school, but much, much better. I had a true 'house wife' day today - groceries, cleaning, evening meal cooked just after lunch, laundry done - and lots of looking after the eldest (who didn't need much looking after as he was happy to play). He wasn't so keen on walking the dog at lunch time, but perked up once out. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
The eldest being so much better and happier
The youngest and his ever optimistic outlook - he assured me this morning that it was going to be his last ever day at school today (tomorrow will be a devastating surprise)
