St David's Day

Today's the day ..................... for a concert

March 1st is always special in this house - it being St David's Day, when all things Welsh are remembered and celebrated.

This is a old photo taken in the 1960s, that belongs to Will.  He tells me that it's the cast of a St David's Day Concert at Llandeilo Grammar School.  He can't remember what he'd been doing - but that's him front row, second from the right.

At any rate, most of them look as if they were enjoying themselves and they're all suitably dressed for the occasion.  It may just be me - but does anyone else think that that harpist has an evil glint in her eye ...................?!
