Eve Leaves Today

A windy day, again.  Mostly sunny this morning, and then some heavy showers passed over.  Clear skies tonight, and much calmer. 

Up early, and popped by Laura's on my way to work.  I've been working late shift in the airport today.  My day started with oil and gas flights, and then an afternoon and evening on the check-in desk.  Last day for colleague Kirsten (Flett).  She's moving away to Edinburgh, and will be a huge miss.  She's kept me right since I started, and also kept me calm during stressful flight disturbances.  More walkies with Sammy this evening, and now feet up for the night. 

Sadly it's time for Eve to pack up and head south again.  She's off to Glasgow first, a television production to work on, and then back to uni in London next week.  She swung by the airport, and I got her booked on via my staff travel.  It was good to see her over the last week or so, and Olly thought so too.  Laura, Eve and Olly at home, in the Blett Road, Cunningsburgh.
