A tree in the sun

I confess that I did not take this image today, but on Sunday when the sun was shining brightly. Today it has been raining and the clouds are low covering us in cold mist.
The news from Ukraine (and in other parts of the world) continues to be unremittingly bleak and more and more worrying, so today's image is to offer some sun to brighten our lives. 
Duets this morning with Bill was very rewarding and we congratulated ourselves on progress we have made, especially with playing a sonata for two clarinets by Poulenc. Not the easiest of pieces and there is one section that requires more work, but we are getting there. Tai Chi regulated my breathing afterwards and provided a nice counterpoint.
