Paeonian Springs

A late afternoon walk with W. starting at the nearby village of Paeonian Springs. We parked at the little post office and walked a couple miles down and back along the W&OD trail. It was a heavily overcast and very warm day, over 70 degrees out. I saw a couple clumps of daffodils starting to bloom, but after the warmth today and tomorrow I'm sure spring will accelerate. 

Great to have I. home, and spent much time with her today, but we had a scare mid-day when she slipped and sprained her ankle and blacked out in the process. Checking in with the doctor tomorrow.
