Blossom

Spring really is on the horizon.  

Our cherry plum is blossoming, and looked lovely against the blue sky.  Still pretty biting cold - the wood burner is blazing again this evening.

And at last there's some progress on the conveyancing - apparently the buyers are now ready to exchange contracts, and our solicitor asked us for suggested completion dates.  We've suggested some dates later this month - gulp.  W spent several hours in his workshop, and has produced two large boxes of wood for the fire - with more to follow.  It all burns very quickly, making tending the fire a bit tedious - it needs feeding frequently.
