Smashing 45 mile ride through the campsies today. Two things learnt, still pretty poor at descending and actually more comfortable motoring along on the big ring with a lower cadence than the small ring with a higher cadence. Absolutely loving riding in a group, we were 3 crazy souls departing at 5am. No better way to kick off the weekend
