Nice day. N from foodbank came round this morning for coffee and to talk house renovations and cost. She is planning a big one but the estimate she’s had is astronomical so she can ant d to do a rough comparison. Pottered around a bit after she went and then drove over to seeSu / had an idea for a birthday gift for someone but she doesn’t think she can do it unfortunately. Called in at Js on the way home as h needs to have a trust deed signed and witnessed . The builders were there sorting out the drains in his garden . They thought he would need a new soak away digging and completely new drains but it turned out that the original pipes were just clogged with old roots which they managed to pull out
