Busy, busy, busy

My human has been pretty busy today so I've had to have lots of home alone snooze time. But that's OK because I really am the most adaptable little collie pup ever, and I just fit in with whatever Ann wants to do.

This morning I went out for my walk at 7am and even though the clocks went forward at the weekend it was still nice and light and the sun was shining. My human is always so much happier when the sun shines.

She worked in the shop for 4 hours this morning, came home, took me for a 15 min walk round the block and then went straight back out again to do a 'Meet & Greet' and the visitors were late. Grrrr..........

Eventually got home at about 4.15pm and she took me straight out for some 'run about time'. Yay!

We went into the woods at the back of the Astley Ainslie Hospital. We don't go there very often because Ann finds it a bit eerie but it's one of our nearest places for me to have run about time. There always seems to be 'dubious looking teenagers' hanging around. Today there were two boys sitting on a fallen down tree drinking lager and staring at us. I went running up to them because people who are sitting drinking are often eating as well and I thought I might get some tasty treats.

The 'dubious looking teenagers' didn't have any tasty treats. Ann didn't even make eye contact with them because she thought they might murder us both and bury us in the woods. Or chuck our bodies onto the railway line (which runs alongside the woods) so that people would think we were dead because we'd been hit by a train. Honestly?!!! At times my human has an overactive imagination!!!

Oh and I've been Blipped beside the remains of this strange building in the woods because Ann quite liked the graffiti. Haven't a clue what these remains might have been. She should really have taken a photo of the other side to see if any local Blippers can enlighten her. Perhaps we'll do that another day, but as we say, we don't go into the eerie woods that often!!!

And now.................. I've gobbled up my dinner and also had a carrot as a starter (yum) and am back in bed snoozing. Ann's off out again because it's Monday evening and Monday evenings are 'Movie Monday's where for £20 she gets a main course and a glass of wine at one of the local pubs, her cinema ticket (at a cinema where tickets are usually at least £12) and a mini box of Pringles.

Happy Monday Evening Blippers. xx
