Manure delivery

I had another manure delivery today, mostly for my asparagus beds but also for my soon-to-be-planted courgette and squash/pumpkin beds.

Also, I'm planning to plant greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers directly in the soil so I need to make a start enriching the soil of the greenhouse as, last time I checked, it was very clay-ey and bindweed-ey.

It's always hard work shifting 15 barrowloads of manure from the allotment gate to the plot and I'm glad it's all done now!
