New bed

I'll soon be sowing seeds and planting seedlings in the new no-dig beds at the back of the plot so I thought it was a good time to start uncovering them. 

I was worried the layers of organic matter (leaves, cardboard, woodchips, home compost and manure) wouldn't have broken down enough for them to be planted into but it was fantastic to see that they have.

I forked the soil lightly to give it a helping hand. Very satisfying to see how wormy the beds are too!
