Donkey Diner

Donkeys were very busy giving children rides up and down the beach at Weston-super-Mare, so it was good to see them having a rest and something to eat. Mrs B and I decided we might be a bit too heavy for the poor beasts' backs, and little Miss B declined a ride, preferring playing in the sand, and riding on the big wheel. 

Lovely sunshine again but the wind was bitterly right-to-the-bone cold. What a contrast to last week's heatwave! But so much better than the forecast, even so. We were very lucky.
